Eligibility is assessed against visible rules
Moderation can consider adult eligibility, consent and media rights, internal consistency, privacy exposure, prohibited material, duplicate profiles and the clarity of submitted facts. A concern may lead to a request for clarification, restriction, rejection or removal.
What a directory check cannot certify
- A person's government identity, immigration status or legal capacity.
- The lawfulness, safety, quality or availability of an offline service.
- Every stated service, price, location, contact method or personal characteristic.
- That public media has never been altered or reused outside this directory.
- Future behaviour by an advertiser, reviewer or visitor.
Visitors should treat any status label as narrow context and use the trust and safety checks before sharing personal information or money.
Approval can be revisited when the evidence changes
A passed comparison means only that the supplied recording met the stated visual-review purpose at that time. Materially changed media, inconsistent content, a credible rights complaint or another risk signal may require a new review or make a profile unavailable. The directory may avoid publishing detailed internal abuse-detection methods where disclosure would make them easier to evade.
