Advertising requires adult consent, control and accurate information

Only an authorised adult may request publication

The person requesting publication must be at least 18 and must control the submitted profile or be expressly authorised by the adult it depicts. No person may submit content on behalf of a minor, an unwilling person or someone whose participation is controlled through threats, deception or exploitation.

Meeting this threshold allows a request to be considered. It does not create a right to publication or a finding that any advertised conduct is lawful.

A submission carries continuing responsibilities

• Every identifiable person shown is an adult and has agreed to this publication.
• The advertiser holds the rights or permission needed for all submitted media and text.
• Profile facts, contact methods, media and declared services are current and not misleading.
• No private third-party data, impersonation, stolen media or unlawful material is included.
• Material changes and loss of consent will be reported without relying on a paid term.

Public fields must be supportable and proportionate

Advertisers should submit only the information needed to present the profile. Government identifiers, home addresses, banking credentials and unrelated personal records are not publication material. Service, characteristic and availability claims must be expressly chosen rather than inferred.

This page governs the submitter's declarations and continuing conduct. The listing standards govern the resulting public profile. The two stages work together: compliance with one does not waive the other.

Review, publication and continued availability are discretionary

A submission may be rejected, returned for clarification, published with a limited set of fields, restricted, corrected or removed. Reasons can include insufficient review material, conflicting facts, rights concerns, prohibited content, duplication, operational risk or legal requirements.

The directory may ask for a new review when public media or other material facts change. It may also decline to disclose internal abuse-detection details where that disclosure would undermine moderation.

Placement changes ordering, not standards
