By accessing or using CloudsEscort (the “Directory”), you agree to these Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept the terms that apply to your use. If you do not agree, do not use or submit content to the Directory.
The person or entity responsible for making the Directory available is called the “Directory Operator” in these Terms. Approved identifying particulars and active legal contact details must be published before production release; no unconfirmed company identity is implied by this draft.
The Directory is an information publisher, not a party to an interaction
The Directory displays advertiser-supplied profile information and approved user reviews. It is not an agency, employer, booking service, meeting arranger, transportation provider or payment intermediary for an offline interaction. Advertisers and visitors communicate and make their own decisions independently.
Publication, a moderation status or a review does not guarantee identity, legality, safety, quality, availability or future conduct. Users must comply with laws that apply to their own actions.
Use must not create harm or bypass the site's controls

- Do not harass, threaten, blackmail, stalk, impersonate or expose another person's private data.
- Do not scrape, republish or compile profiles for an unrelated database or deceptive purpose.
- Do not submit false reports, manipulated reviews, malware, spam or attempts to defeat access controls.
- Do not treat the Directory as authority to request or perform unlawful conduct.
Access may be limited where use threatens people, systems, rights, legal compliance or the integrity of the public information.
Advertisers remain responsible for submitted material
An advertiser must satisfy the advertiser rules , including adult eligibility, authority, consent, media rights, accuracy and updates. By submitting material for publication, the advertiser authorises the Directory to host, format, display and technically reproduce that material for operating and promoting the relevant directory profile.
This permission is non-exclusive and limited to directory operation. It does not transfer ownership. The Directory may reject, restrict, correct or remove content when the rules, rights, evidence, risk or legal requirements justify it.
Free publication and VIP placement
Free publication has no listing fee. Optional paid VIP placement is available only to an eligible profile and affects ordering above free profiles. It does not buy publication, verification, a fixed position, reviews or any guaranteed result. Current operational details are stated on Publish an ad .
Public content can be moderated without becoming an endorsement
Users retain responsibility for content they submit. The Directory may moderate it before or after publication, but moderation cannot establish every fact or prevent every misuse. Reviews are anonymous user reports governed by the Review Policy ; approved publication is not adoption of the reviewer's statements.
Rights holders and affected people may use the correction and removal process . The Directory may preserve limited records of a decision where necessary for repeat-abuse prevention, legal compliance or dispute handling.
Information may be incomplete, stale or unavailable
The Directory is provided on an “as available” basis. Profiles and reviews may change, disappear or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Directory Operator does not promise uninterrupted access or warrant an advertiser's identity, statements, services, conduct or an interaction's result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited for losses caused by independent users, third-party communications, unauthorised payments or reliance on unconfirmed content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Material changes should remain visible and prospective
These Terms may be updated when the Directory, law or risk controls change. The current version and effective date should be visible on this page; changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms do not invent a choice of law or forum before operator and legal review. Laws and mandatory rights applicable to the relevant parties and conduct remain unaffected. Questions should use the active channel shown on the Contact page .
