A review belongs to one profile and a relevant experience
Reviews are user-submitted accounts associated with a specific public profile. Ratings are limited to concrete service dimensions available in the review form. A review is not a general character judgment, an advertisement or a directory recommendation.
The review archive contains approved reviews only. Absence of reviews is not evidence for or against a profile.
Useful reviews are specific without exposing private data
- Describe a first-hand, relevant experience in your own words.
- Use the service-specific fields honestly and do not rate unavailable dimensions.
- Do not include phone numbers, addresses, documents, private messages or third-party identities.
- Do not use threats, hate, extortion, impersonation, promotional copy or repeated submissions.
- Do not submit a review in exchange for payment, placement or another benefit.
Approval checks relevance, abuse and privacy
A review may be approved, rejected, held for clarification or edited only to remove prohibited personal data while preserving the material meaning. Signals considered can include relevance to the profile, specificity, duplication, manipulation, prohibited content and internal consistency.
Moderation is not an independent investigation of an anonymous reviewer's full account. Publication means the review passed the current editorial rules, not that the directory endorses or guarantees every statement.
Published ratings remain user reports
Anonymous by design
Public review pages do not need a reviewer's real-world identity. This reduces unnecessary exposure but also limits what another visitor can independently verify.
No paid influence
Free publication, VIP placement and review decisions are separate. Advertisers cannot purchase a positive review, deletion of criticism or a guaranteed rating.
A credible challenge is assessed against the specific content
A profile subject or rights holder can identify the review URL and explain a privacy, impersonation, factual, manipulation or legal concern. Outcomes may include no change, redaction, restriction, removal or a request for more information. Disagreement alone does not automatically decide the outcome.
